World Water Day 2009

To Celebrate World Water Day 2009,

Roots & Shoots Canada, in partnership with Rotary International, hosted:

Blue Gold: World Water Wars

A film by Sam Bozzo, based on the groundbreaking book 'Blue Gold'

by Maude Barlow and Tony Clarke

TORONTO

The show in Toronto attracted almost 200 people and was a huge success!

Tony Clarke was on hand to talk about the film

and take questions from the audience.

VANCOUVER

The show in Vancouver was smaller, but successful nonetheless!

In addition to Blue Gold, another water film called FLOW was screened

and there was an art sale featuring local artists.

Thanks to everyone who attended, and to all our wonderful volunteers!

Profits from the events will go towards Drop of Hope.
